firstly, today I made a new tool...
a treat holder! very useful for tempting Peanut out of her nest
and other uses...
below is a diagram of it and a video of it in action...

 

 

I'm sure that treat holder will prove

very useful - it works with Peanut

and with snowball too (though less affective)

speaking of little Snowball, last night I said

id post a video of Snowball in her hamster ball,

so here she is in her hamster ball!

tonight I decided to let Peanut have a run around my cabin (where she's kept)
- under the watchful eye of me of course! whilst I watched Peanut ,

tonight, Peanut did two things never performed by her before:
firstly she climbed on the rope ladder without being tempted with treats:

secondly she went in her wheel all by herself - at  least

before I took the photo...

the owner of the hamster was me. I say 'was'
because she died. her name was Bramble and she was a winter white. fun fact: she used to share
Snowballs cage but they fought and had to be separated. I think it was due to them being
different species of dwarf hamster.

this photo was taken in the summer
and Peanut was wandering around in some clover in my garden.
Peanut loves pouching the clover and Id take her outside to eat some
clover when it was lovely and sunny- I stopped doing this when it was late summer due
to the weather getting cooler.

hi all,
I am going to put a new poll up straight after I do this post.
Tonight, little snowball is getting revenge on Peanut, I don't think  it'll go down well...

Peanut will not let this go unnoticed...

after all, snowball is beside her cage....

 

will they come up with a solution?

 

Peanut and snowball have come to an agreement

 I think they'll be both happy getting equal portions

though maybe every now and then they will do a bit

hi everyone,
since I live in UK tonight where I lived it rained heavily (still is)
so I didn't stay long (I keep peanut and Snowball / Stephie in a wooden cabin heated by a small heater) i.e its not too nice being in a coldish cabin in rainy weather.
anyway tonight Peanut likes raisins a lot...

Peanut likes them a lot more than that! I wonder why...









 I do hope Snowball doesn't mind...



oh dear...

Ah well, I will made sure to give snowball

some but perhaps she was jealous cos she only got one...

tonight Peanut and snowball behaved quite well and Peanut did not muck up her cage!
little snowball is to be aware of...
( not really she was just in the right position
snowball talks peacefully.)

meanwhile Peanut is just about to escape

if your wondering, as mentioned in my last post, I organized a party and it was very good.
Peanut liked the guests too. :)
funnily, Peanut has mucked up her cage- perhaps she had a party last night too?

 



 

Peanut was tired - she got woken up today by accident so its understandable.

 

 

its quite late at night  in the UK so this where I'm signing off now

- will post again tomorrow with a picture of  little snowball.

tonight Peanut was a little grumpy and for a while didn't come out... ( perhaps she was tired?)
but she came out and improved her mood when bribed with a peanut.
she has also made some new tunnels in her nest which I have

 

highlighted on this photo below...

   

when I gave Peanut her treat my sister captured this photo just at the right moment :)





 

 

 

I did not blog last night due to celebrations and I am

having a party tomorrow so it is unlikely I will blog tomorrow.

however I will  blog on Sunday.

time for an update to my blog I think.
